Unless otherwise agreed payment will be required in full upon or before the first visit made by cash, cheque, BACS, debit or credit card. Cleaning and / or proofing work is not included in the price given unless specifically contracted for. Under this contract consumers have a period of 14 working days from the date of this document within which to cancel the services ordered under the contract. If services have been provided within this period the consumer will be liable to pay for any reasonable costs incurred by Titan Pest Control in providing such services (including fuel and materials) or a pro rata sum for the proportion of work carried out of the total quoted amount, whichever sum is greater. If all work is satisfactorily completed within this period, the consumer will be liable to pay the full contracted amount due. This does affect a consumers’ statutory rights in any way. Commercial / business parties are not considered consumers in the context of this contact.

 

Terms of ongoing annual service contracts will vary depending on the nature of the specific site agreement. Generally, payment will be required in full within 30 days of the first visit for the entire contracted period. Any unscheduled call outs will be attended within 24 hours at the latest unless expressly agreed otherwise by the client at the time of booking. Fees (if any) for such call outs will vary depending on the specific service contract in question. Upon expiration of the initial contract period a new quote may be provided for a further period.
