General terms and conditions:

 

Unless otherwise agreed payment will be required in full upon or before the final visit (being the visit upon which the pest control technician believes to the best of his knowledge the infestation has been eradicated), made by cash, cheque, BACS, debit or credit card. All work is guaranteed for a period of 3 months from the final visit unless otherwise agreed or work is priced on a per visit basis, as long as advice with regards to cleaning, proofing and food storage etc. has been adhered to. Cleaning and / or proofing work is not included in the price given unless specifically contracted for .Under this contract the consumer has a period of 14 working days from the date of this document within which to cancel the services ordered under the contract. If services have been provided within this period the consumer will be liable to pay for any reasonable costs incurred by Titan Pest Control in providing such services (including fuel and materials). If all work is satisfactorily completed within this period the consumer will be liable to pay the full contracted amount due. This does affect the consumers’ statutory rights in any way.

 

Terms of service contracts will vary depending on the nature of the specific site agreement. Generally annual payment will be required in full within 30 days of monitoring station installation. Any unscheduled call outs will be attended within 24 hours at the latest, fees (if any) for such call outs will vary depending on the specific service contract in question. Upon expiration of the initial contract period the contract may be renewed or left to expire given 30 days’ notice by either party.
